Whole Kids Yoga camp, led by teachers from Annapolis’ Whole Kids Yoga studio, will allow your child to exercise motor, sensory, and social skills while increasing self-confidence in a creative, non-competitive environment. Your child will explore their imagination and have fun while making new friends. A typical day will include yoga movement, group games, partner poses, journaling, yoga arts and crafts and relaxation. Please have your child dressed comfortably, ready to move and stretch. It's a good idea to bring a sweatshirt or hoody in case they get cool in relaxation time. Your child should bring their own mat if they have one; however, we have plenty that we can provide. There will be a “mindful” eating ceremony toward the end of the week, in which we share strawberries, dark chocolate and sparkling cider.

Robin is both a Karma Kids Yoga and a Budding Yogis Certified Yoga Instructor. In addition. she is certified through Every Kid’s Yoga to teach yoga to children with special needs. She also received her 200 hr RYT through Tina Lanzoni in March 2015.
